SAM iPhone Unlock Simplified - Simple Steps To Unlock iPhone Using SAM
Earlier this week we shared a post on how to unlock any iPhone use SAM. SBinger had already tweeted that he would update SAM so that the unlock process could be simplified. We'll the news is that SAM has been updated and the process to unlock any iPhone has been simplified to a much extent. The new process is very simple and all you have to do is select the option Attempt Activation
New Simple Method To Unlock Any iPhone Using SAM
Before we begin, make sure that your device is jailbroken and you have Cydia application on your springboard. If you haven't already jailbroke your iPhone, check this page
Step 1: Jailbreak your iPhone to install Sam bundle that is the key to successful unlock. You can follow the various guides to Jailbreak your iPhone:
Step 2: Install Sam Bingner's SAM (Subscriber Artificial Module) package. To install Sam:
- Launch Cydia
- Go To Manage Tab
- Sources
- Edit and Add the following repo
- http://repo.bingner.com
- Cydia will update the sources
Once Sources are updated, go to search and type 'Sam' and install it.
Launch Cydia & Go To Manage Tab

Go To Sources & Add The Follow Source

From The List Of Sources, Select Bingner And Then Select SAM

Install SAM And Restart The Springboard

Step 3: Launch SAM by either going through the settings menu or find the SAMPrefs icon on your springboard. You will need to have the SIM card you intend to use after unlock.

Step 5: Select Attempt Activation from the Activation Utils Menu
Step 6: Your iPhone should respring and after a bit of searching you should have the network signal.

Update 2 clearly says that this method of unlocking iPhone has been patched completely
