Chronic Dev-Team is all set to release the untethered jailbreak for iOS 5.1.1, Absinthe 2.0 this friday. As discussed earlier, the plan was to launch it during the HITB which is a security conference being held in Okura Amsterdam. Prominent Jailbreak developers will be present in this event including Joshua Hill (@p0sixninja), Cyril (@pod2g) and MuscleNerd (iPhone Dev-Team). We are very certain that the new jailbreak tool Absinthe 2.0 will be released during their presentation on Absinthe and Corona which is scheduled on Friday. Musclenerd from iPhone Dev-Team will also be talking about iPhone Baseband unlocking.

As we can see from the agenda that chronic Dev-team will  be giving a presentation on Corona and Absinthe jailbreak tools on Friday, its certain that the upcoming jailbreak Absinthe 2.0 will also be released during the same day. Earlier we discussed that Absinthe jailbreak will be releasing this week. Pod2g and musclenerd has already reached Amsterdam for the HITB Event where Chronic Dev-Team will be sharing their methodology used in jailbreaking Apple's iOS. Musclenerd has also been invited as a guest speaker and will most probably be talking about iOS jailbreaking and unlocking. iOS 5.1.1 untethered jailbreak will be released during the same event. Musclenerd has also confirmed that Absinthe 2.0 works perfect on all the mentioned devices by Pod2g.

Chronic Dev-Team is all set to release the untethered jailbreak Absinthe 2.0 for iOS 5.1.1 which will support all devices including iPad3, iPad2, iPhone4S. The only device that Absinthe will not support is the AppleTV3 as there is currently no method to jailbreak it. Earlier this week, a member of chronic dev-team has demonstrated the Absinthe 2.0 jailbreak on iPhone4 in a video Pod2g's Absinthe 2.0 untethered jailbreak will be released on Friday following the agenda of HITB event.
