This page contains the list of iPad firmwares that can downloaded in case you need to manually restore your iPad. Make sure you download the correct firmware for your device. There are three different iPad models and each firmware has been correctly labelled so that you download the correct firmware. Apple keeps updating the firmware for iOS devices and every time a new firmware is released, Apple patches the jailbreak. If you rely on jailbreak, you must never directly upgrade your iPad as doing so, you will permanently lose the chances of jailbreaking your device. Jailbreak community is working hard to keep up with apple's frequent iOS firmware upgrade but it may take longer for the jailbreak community to find good vulnerabilities to exploit them and then release a jailbreak for the firmware.
