Rocky-Racoon 5.1.1 CLI Jailbreak Underlying For iOS 5.1.1 - Rocky Racoon Command Line Tool

Rocky-Racoon 5.1.1 CLI Jailbreak Underlying For iOS 5.1.1 - Rocky Racoon Command Line Tool

Rocky-Racoon Cli JailbreakChronic Dev-Team has just announced iOS 5.1.1 untethered Jailbreak for all devices including iPad3, iPad2 and iPhone4S along with the previous devices. The jailbreak was released after 2 months of hard work from the members of Chronic Dev-Team. We have already discussed the guides on jailbreaking all devices. If you havent already used Absinthe 2.0, head to the downloads section to download and jailbreak your device.

Although the jailbreak worked pretty well for most of the users, some users were having difficulty in jailbreaking their device. Users were getting the following error - 'Waiting For Process To Complete'
To quickly act upon the error few steps are mentioned here.

Along with Absinthe UI jailbreak tool, pod2g along with the iPhone Dev-Team has also released a command line interface tool that does the same job of the UI tool. The below steps will guide you though the CLI version of rocky-racoon jailbreak

Step 1 : Download CLI Jailbreak Tool

Step 2 :  Extract the archive and place it on the desktop

Step 3 : Windows users launch Cmd prompt, mac users launch terminal

Step 4 : Go to the path where you have extracted the downloaded archive.
In my case- C:\Users\Geekyapple\Desktop\cinject-0.5.3
(where Geekyapple is the username for my computer, replace it with your computer username)

Step 5 : Once you are in cinject directory, enter the following:
Cinject -Y payloads_rocky
Step 6 : This will inject the rocky-racoon payloads directly to jailbreak your device.

Step 7 : Your device should reboot after successful jailbreak
